Participants observe seasoned teachers in action, gaining a deeper understanding of diverse classroom settings, lesson planning, classroom management, and the use of educational technologies in a real international school environment. This immersive experience also includes discussions with experienced staff, giving participants the chance to explore different teaching approaches and adapt them to their own practice.
