What is Erasmus+ and how does it fund teacher training?

Erasmus+ is the EU’s programme for education, training, youth, and sport. Through Key Action 1 (KA1), individual teachers and school staff can apply for grants that fully cover course fees, travel, accommodation, and daily subsistence for professional development abroad. EUTA courses are fully compliant with Erasmus+ requirements.

Where are the courses held?

All EUTA courses and programmes take place in Benalmadena, on the Costa del Sol in southern Spain. Our campus is located in the Nueva Torrequebrada area, just minutes from the beach and well connected to Malaga airport.

Who can attend EUTA courses?

Our teacher training courses are open to all European teachers, trainers, and school staff. Student group programmes are designed for schools organising Erasmus+ mobilities (KA122/KA152) for their learners aged 12-19. We welcome participants from all EU and Erasmus+ programme countries.

Is accommodation included?

We offer two pricing options for teacher courses: course-only and course with accommodation. If you choose the accommodation package, we arrange safe, comfortable housing at Flatotel International near our campus. Student group programmes always include accommodation as part of the all-inclusive package.

What certificates will I receive?

All participants receive an EUTA Certificate of Completion, a Certificate of Attendance, and a Europass Mobility document. These certificates are recognised across Europe and support your Erasmus+ reporting requirements. We also provide Learning Agreements and daily programmes for your grant application.
