Spanish & Art
Improve Spanish through art and culture. Students discuss artworks, artists, and themes while practising vocabulary and communication in real artistic settings.
The Spanish & Art programme helps students improve their Spanish skills through the world of art and culture. Using Spanish as the medium, students learn how to describe artworks, express opinions, and discuss artistic themes, building both language proficiency and cultural understanding.
Rather than producing artwork themselves, participants use art as a theme for vocabulary, grammar, and communication practice. Discussions of famous Spanish and international artists, short texts, and group projects encourage students to apply Spanish in meaningful and creative ways.
The highlight of the programme is a Saturday cultural excursion to art-related landmarks, such as the Picasso Museum or other galleries, where students put their new Spanish vocabulary into practice in real cultural settings.
